Meeting Personally with our Clients

Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”Henry Ford

The process of international exchange of ideas, products and services increased at the beginning of the 21st century thanks to the Internet and its different applications. Lexlogos was founded at that time and, making good use of the new state-of-the-art technologies available in the market, initiated an interesting network with many international companies and translation agencies around the world.

Eight years have passed now and most of these companies and agencies have become important clients, sending documents for translation on an ongoing basis and offering new projects and business relations. In the last few years, however, Lexlogos has fostered the idea of meeting face to face with its clients every time that the possibility arises, in order to establish or strengthen mutual rapport. This has been a very positive strategy both for our company and the clients themselves as it has allowed us all to transform business connections into more personal relationships.

Last month, we had the pleasure of meeting personally with most of the Megalexis team, in Montreal, to learn from them and to exchange interesting ideas and projects in order to keep on growing together.

Megalexis is one of our first and oldest clients and our relationship with its management team, Ms. Ann Rutledge and Mr. Marc-André Robitaille, has always been exceptional. Now that we had the opportunity to meet them personally, our business relationship will certainly be more effective, dynamic and enjoyable.

A few days later, we met with Textualis and its dedicated team of in-house translators and editors. We had a lovely talk with its vice-president, Mr. François Chartrand, and explored the idea of enhancing our collaboration with them. Thank you Textualis for your confidence in our work and we look forward to keep on collaborating with you in higher-volume and long lasting projects very soon!

Lexlogos became a Textualis supplier in 2008 and since then has offered them a timely high-quality translation and proofreading service.

Working together in this globalized world is the best way for all parties to improve professional performance and to achieve success. If we personally know the “faces behind the computer screens”, our work becomes more pleasant and personal.
